LearningPool now utilises Single Sign On (SSO), which may mean a change to how you log in.

Employees who have a work email address should select ‘Log in using my work email address’. You should be able to enter your work email address to log in, without the need to enter a password.

Employees without a work email address should continue to use their Cascade username by selecting ‘Log in using my HR system username’ and then entering their usual LearningPool login details. Your password will remain the same.
